bmibaby groups department is open from 0800-1730 Monday to Friday (UK time)

Outside of the groups departments opening hours please contact our UK sales centre on 0905 8282828. Calls cost 65p per minute from a BT Landline. Calls from mobiles and other networks will be considerably more. Open 0800 - 2100 daily
Group bookers terms and conditions
- A minimum of 16 adult/child passengers must travel together on all sectors
- £20/€25 per person deposit is required at the time of booking
- The £20/€25 per person deposit is non-refundable
- Full payment must be received no later than 6 weeks prior to travel for group bookings of up to 40 passengers
- Full payment must be received no later than 8 weeks prior to travel for group bookings of 41 plus passengers
- For any bookings made within 6 weeks of departure full payment is required at the time of booking
- Any payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% booking fee and debit card 2% booking fee
- Payments can be accepted by bank transfer (bank details available upon request)
- Full names as per passport/photographic ID need to be supplied at least two weeks prior to departure
- Free name changes up to 7 days prior to departure
- Name changes made within 7 days of departure will be made as per bmibaby standard terms and conditions, booking and changes are subject to standard conditions as per bmibaby.com
